Gordon's Crossbows

The final design for my fictional crossbow company.
Becuase making a logo for this false company is what I need to do with my time during exams.
Its drawn over 2 pages so the page spine so the center cause some problems with the text and background.

Logo design

Becuase I value my time massively I felt that I should design a logo to go along with crossbows
So I created an original idea and then adapted it with shapes and edges

Crossbow Mark 2

I redesigned the previous model and changed the trigger and the mechanism need to fire it
I needed to strengthen the pulley system so I made a a finger type attachment to th next part and glue it securely
I added more glue using a glue gun and slathered some parts in glue to strengthen it like the trigger and the pulley
The elastic band was the weakest link and so too was the trigger itself becuase I cut it too thin in places and was quite difficult to grab so for design 3 I plan to use the same mechanism with the previous trigger

Crossbow prototype

I tried to make a crossbow today, id designed and all the pieces in 2d design. However, like many things, fell apart in the implementation. I hope to rectify my mistakes and so ive redesigned the trigger mechanism and strengthened the pulley system at the front. That happened to fall off.
